1. The subject of the contract is the provision of catering services on the premises of the contracting authority, including those located at: 1.1 ul. Dewajtis 5, 1.2 st. Wóycickiego 1/3, 1.3 ul. Maria Konopnicka 1, 05-092 Dziekanów Leśny, and other places indicated by the ordering party in accordance with the current orders, during various forms of cultural activity organized by the UKSW in Warsaw, occasional meetings, events (including outdoor events), conferences/seminars, symposia, concerts, guest visits and other circumstances, e.g. rescue operations, but not more than 30 km from the borders of the capital city of Warsaw. 2. This catering service includes comprehensive preparation, delivery and serving of dishes at a fixed time and place, in accordance with the guidelines contained in the Price Form - Annex 1 to the Offer Form. … which will be agreed in advance and adapted to the needs of the customer. 3. By comprehensive catering services for events, the ordering party understands the preparation of dishes along with their delivery, providing waiter service and service, appropriate tableware and glass depending on the type of event and the rank of guests, as well as cleaning after the service, including removal / export at their own expense post-consumer waste and production waste. 4. Annex 1 to the Offer Form – Price Form contains, inter alia, the weight of the items given. Weight determines the weight of the basic component of the dishes of individual items in terms of starters, additions to main dishes. Grammar less than 25 g. 5. The Ordering Party stipulates that: 5.1. the quantities indicated in Annex 1 to the Offer Form – Price Form are estimated quantities used to calculate the offer price, compare offers and select the most advantageous offer. The contractor with whom the contracting authority will sign the contract is not entitled to claim the performance of the service in the quantities specified in the Price Form, the total value of orders will not exceed the gross amount allocated by the contracting authority to the performance of the subject of the contract, i.e. PLN 470 000.00. 5.2. exceeding the gross value indicated in the items indicated in the Price Form by the ordering party as ‘not higher than’ and entering the total gross value higher than PLN 470 000.00 in the box will result in the rejection of the tender in accordance with Article 226(1)(5) of the Public Procurement Act. 6.
