Provision of postal services in domestic and foreign trade for the reception, transport and delivery of postal items and their possible returns - ordinary and registered letters

The Contractor shall collect the consignments from the premises of the Ordering Party: 1) Administration of Communal Houses ADK 1, ADK-2, ADK-4 and the Team of Legal Advisers, ADK 5, ADK-6 and the Financial and Accounting Department - twice a week from 2.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. 2) of the ZGN headquarters - three times a week from 2 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. Shipments received by the Contractor's representative from the Ordering Party will be sent on the day of their receipt. 2. 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of postal services in domestic and foreign trade, in the scope of receiving, transporting and delivering postal items and their possible returns, within the meaning of the Postal Law of 23.11.2012. 2. Postal consignments, which are the subject of the order, are letters weighing up to 2000 g: 1) Registered item – registered item that is a letter, transported and delivered in a way that protects it against loss, loss of content or damage, 2) Registered item – registered item of the fastest category, 3) Registered item with return receipt (ZPO) – item accepted against receipt and delivered against receipt, 4) Registered item with return receipt (ZPO) – item of the fastest category accepted against receipt and delivered against receipt. 3. Shipment and return of shipments will be carried out from the following locations: 1) Real Estate Management Plant in the Śródmieście district of Warsaw, ul. Szwoleżerów 5, 00-464 Warsaw, 2) Finance and Accounting Department, ul. Mokotowska 67A, 00-530 Warsaw, 3) Team of Legal Advisers and Administration of Municipal Houses No. 4 ul. Jezuicka 1/3, 00-281 Warsaw, 4) ZGN Administration of Municipal Houses No. 1, ul. Pavia 9, 00-164 Warsaw, 5) ZGN Administration of Municipal Houses No. 2, ul. Wilcza 38a, 00-679 Warsaw, 6) ZGN Administration of Municipal Houses No. 5, ul. K.I. Gałczyńskiego 12a, 00-362 Warsaw, 7) ZGN Administration of Municipal Houses No. 6, ul. F.S. In the absence of the addressee, the Contractor's representative shall leave a notice (first notice) of an attempt to deliver the consignment, indicating where and when the addressee may collect the letter or consignment. The time limit for receipt of the letter/consignment by the addressee is 14 days counted from the day following the day on which the first notification was left, within which time the consignment is an ‘avisas’.
