… square consists in the run-off of rainwater to the adjacent area, by giving the roadway appropriate longitudinal and transverse slopes. The planned works do not change the existing drainage of the road. The contractor is responsible for the quality of the works carried out, the safety of all activities on the construction site, the methods used in the execution of the works and their compliance with standards, technical specifications and design documentation and to use only materials with certificates of approval for use in construction.
