Food must be served at the Ordering Party's headquarters every day, also on Sundays and public holidays. The Contracting Authority requires that this service be performed by the Contractor in accordance with the HACCP system. In addition, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide the services, products and meals specified in Annex 2 in the context of this contract. The number of products and meals will depend on the actual number of inhabitants.
