The description of the subject-matter of the contract shall be determined by: Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works (hereinafter: STWiOR) and Project documentation together with formal documents (including decisions: Building permit No 2275/2025 of 15 October 2025, Certificate of Finality No 11013/2025 of 18.11.2025), constituting Annex 3 to the ToR.
