The detailed scope of the Contractor's duties, work organisation and supervision of the facility, as well as the contracting authority's obligation, are specified in the model contract. The place of supply of the service is DPS "Golden Autumn" ul. Franciszek Grzonka 1 in Racibórz. The facility consists of two 4-storey buildings connected by a connector, garages, is located on a plot of 1.38 ha, the whole area is fenced. Entry gate controlled automatically from the concierge room and remote control. Part of the outdoor area monitored. Buildings equipped with early fire detection signalling. Office spaces located on the ground floor of the segm building. 2.2., 2.3 equipped with intrusion alarm.
