The Contractor's tasks will also include the repair of equipment (A4 multifunctional devices) located on the Contracting Authority's Secretariats. 5. The contracting authority requires that the contractor appoints at least 2 persons to perform the contract. 6. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the ToR. 7. The number of services and parts to be replaced indicated by the contracting authority in Annex 1 to the tender specifications are the anticipated quantities to be provided by the contracting authority. The Contractor shall not be entitled to request that the Ordering Party place an order in the full quantity specified in the tender.
