The Contractor shall perform all planned works related to the subject of the contract at the request of the Contracting Authority after prior agreement on the date of performance of the works. Costs of travel to the premises of the Ordering Party on the side of the Contractor. The Contractor will be obliged to issue an invoice for the activities performed on the basis of a cost estimate and a report. The cost estimate must include a list of materials with prices and an hourly rate for the service provided. The Contractor in the event of sudden failures that cause downtime in the technological process of the Plant will proceed to their removal as soon as possible, but no later than 3 hours after the failure is reported. If the Contractor is unable to arrive within the prescribed period, he shall appoint a replacement company to remedy the failure. The Contractor shall, at his own expense, arrange for the replacement of the defective parts and materials resulting from the performance of the Contract.
