The contracting authority shall require the Contractor to provide a 60-month guarantee for the subject-matter of the contract, counting from the date on which the final acceptance report for the works is signed (without comments). 6. The Contractor is obliged to take at least 6 photos of the most important elements of the renovation – e.g. the roof trough, flashing (6 photos before the start of works and 6 photos after their completion) and hand them over to the Ordering Party during the acceptance of the subject of the contract. 7. The contracting authority shall provide for the requirements referred to in Article 95(1)(b) CTMR. 1 of the Act and determines them in accordance with Article 281 sec. Article 2(7) of the Act, i.e.: The contracting authority shall require that all persons performing construction works be employed under an employment contract by the Contractor or a subcontractor.
