… Contracting Authority informs that they are only auxiliary to determining the basic parameters and characteristics of the materials used. The contracting authority allows the use of equivalent solutions while maintaining the same technical, technological, quality and functional standards. Equivalent products should be understood as devices and materials having not inferior technical parameters and the same functional characteristics as the product specified by the name or origin. The use of equivalent products shall in no way affect the proper functioning of the technical solutions. A list of the equivalent solutions used and accepted by the Contractor for the valuation of materials or equipment must be annexed to the tender if this is the case. Pursuant to Article 101(1) CTMR, 5 and 6 of the Public Procurement Act, the Contractor who invokes equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the supplies, services or works offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. Local inspection. a) The Contracting Authority allows the Contractor to carry out an on-site inspection. b) If there is a need to carry out an on-site inspection with the participation of the Contracting Authority, please contact the persons designated to contact the Contractor. The Contracting Authority may set a date for the on-site visit. c) An application for an on-site visit involving the Contracting Authority must be submitted no later than 3 days before the planned date of opening tenders, the date of receipt of the letter to the Świecie City Office being the relevant date. The contracting authority will set the date of the on-site visit within 2 days from the date of receipt of the contractor's request in this regard. The local visit will take place from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 14:00. d) The local visit does not require the participation of the Ordering Party. e) Failure to complete the local visit does not result in rejection of the Contractor's offer.
