… artificial river, e) 2 whirpools, f) a slide landing and an adjacent basin, g) a paddling pool for children with a depth of 0.35 m, h) a circular external pool with a diameter of 10 m and a depth of 1.5 m, 5) the applicable opening hours of the Redzikowo Water Park: a) Monday - Friday 7:00 - 21:00, b) Saturday - Sunday, holidays, holidays 8:00 - 21:00 6) it is required that the number of rescuers performing activities in designated zones of the Redzikowo Water Park comply with the guidelines of Annex 5 to the Agreement - Rescue-Zone Positions, 7) The Contractor, as part of the performance of the contract, will be obliged in particular to: a) comprehensive rescue protection in the Redzikowo Water Park, b) providing first aid for pre-medication during the opening hours of the facility, c) ensuring the safety of persons using the swimming pool in accordance with all applicable legal provisions, in particular the Act of 18 August 2011 on the safety of persons staying in water areas together with implementing acts, d) performing all duties specified in the "scope of duties of a rescuer", constituting Annex No 10 to the Terms and Conditions / Annex No 3 to the Agreement, e) conducting supervision regarding compliance by persons using the swimming pool with the applicable Regulations of the Pool Hall (Annex No 2 to the Agreement), health and safety and fire regulations, including teaching organized groups and individual persons using the swimming pool about the regulations in force in the Redzikowo Water Park, f) ensuring continuity of the staffing of rescue stations on the swimming pool during the working hours of the swimming pool, excluding holidays and technological breaks selected by the Ordering Party, g) in the autumn and winter period, laying out and folding the tarpaulin covering the outdoor pool, h) operating the elevator for people with mobility disabilities, i) checking whether all customers staying in the hall have transponders (bands), j) ensuring that the person responsible for the Contractor's control and supervision of the correct implementation of the entrusted task, k) current equipment of rescuers in clothes and footwear in accordance with health and safety requirements and all other regulations and name identifiers, l) taking care of the rescue station and maintenance of the entrusted equipment, m) keeping basic documentation and reporting system, including the "Rescue Rescuers' Work Log" and the "Sanitary Point Work Log", n) compliance with the scope of duties and activities of rescuers at individual stations, set out in Annex 10 and 12 to the SWZ / Annex 3 and 5 to the Agreement, o) compliance with the procedures in force in the Redzikowo Water Park, p) ensuring that each rescuer performing the subject of this contract has:  current powers granted by a rescue organization with permission to perform water rescue, issued by the Minister of Internal Affairs - NOTE !!! Irrespective of the Contracting Authority's right under § 6 sec. 2 contracts, in case of doubt, the Ordering Party reserves the right to verify the practical abilities and skills of the crew
