Rędzińska 66/68 Municipal Centre for Social Services in Wrocław. 2. The subject of the order is specified by code 33190000-8 Miscellaneous medical equipment and products. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the Agreement, specifying the type and quantity, can be found in the Price Calculation, which, as Annex 2b, is an integral part of the Agreement. 4. The subject of the Agreement will be delivered to the Social Welfare Home (DPS) at ul. Rędzińska 66/68 in Wrocław. Delivery will take place between 7:00 -15:00 on working days. 5. The subject of the contract is the supply together with the installation of an electric transport and bathing trolley (shower carriage) intended for patient hygiene (hereinafter referred to as the bathtub) for the needs of the Social Welfare House at ul. Mączna 3 Municipal Center for Social Services in Wrocław. 2. The subject of the order is specified by code 33190000-8 Miscellaneous medical equipment and products. 3.
