… performing the activities indicated by the Contracting Authority in the scope of performance of the contract and the method of documenting the employment of these persons and the Contracting Authority's powers to control the Contractor's compliance with the requirements and penalties for non-compliance with them are specified in the draft Agreement constituting Annex 3 to the ToR. Before the conclusion of the contract, the Contractor shall provide a list of the equipment (tools and technical equipment) available to the Contractor for the performance of the contract.
