The Contractor is obliged to prepare as-built documentation in 2 copies in paper version and 1 copy in electronic version on a CD or USB stick, and provide it to the Ordering Party, one copies in paper version for the Commune Office of Komorniki, and the second to the extent necessary to submit to the District Building Supervision Inspectorate for the Poviat of Poznań together with obtaining relevant documents confirming the possibility of starting to use the completed facility. 4. A detailed description of the terms of performance of the subject-matter of the contract is contained in the draft provisions of the contract, which are attached as Annex 8 to the ToR. 5. The Contractor is obliged for the entire period for which the Contract will be concluded to have civil liability insurance in respect of the activities related to the subject of the contract for a guarantee amount of not less than PLN 1,000,000.00, valid not later than from the date of signing the contract until final acceptance. The Ordering Party shall accept the civil liability insurance document held by the Contractor in the scope of activities related to the subject of the contract for the amount of the guarantee required by the Ordering Party, which will be concluded for a one-year period and will be renewable with continuity of insurance protection until final acceptance. 7. Guarantee and warranty  Required warranty period - according to the offer, minimum 60 months.  The scope of rights under the warranty is regulated by the provisions of the Civil Code. The warranty period and warranty period are equal. 8. Information on the use of equivalent products, materials and technologies. In the case of the names of materials used in the documentation of proceedings, they should be understood as examples – with the parameters desired by the Ordering Party. This means that the Contracting Authority allows in any case the use of material equivalent in terms of the main (essential) technical and performance parameters, while maintaining at least the same level of quality, durability, functionality and compatibility with other materials used (embedded) in the performance of the contract. Only material changes that fall within the scope of the included design, technological and technical solutions are allowed. In such a situation, the Ordering Party requires the submission of relevant documents confirming the parameters of materials and devices. If the Contractor intends to use any equivalent solutions or materials, he must describe them in detail in the tender and demonstrate their equivalence. In this case, the Contractor shall attach to the tender a list of equivalent solutions together with its description or standards.
