The subject of the contract is the execution of simplified forest management plans (UPUL) for forests not owned by the State Treasury, referred to in Article 21 par. 1 point 2 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests located in the Myślenice District in the Myślenice commune in the cadastral areas: Bęczarka, Borzęta, Bulina, Bysina, Drogania, Głogoczów, Jasienica, Jawornik, Krzyszkowice, Łęki, Osieczany, Polanka, Poręba, Trzemeśnia, Zasań, Zawada and in the town of Myślenice in the following areas: Division 1, Division 2, Division 3, Division 4, together with an environmental impact forecast for UPUL projects, if a strategic environmental impact assessment is required.
