… obliged to perform the full range of works that is necessary from the point of view of legal regulations, technical knowledge and construction art in order to achieve the final effect specified in the subject of the contract. 6. The Contracting Authority informs that the guarantee period is a criterion for the evaluation of tenders in the procedure and will amount to 3/4/5 years according to the Contractor's declaration in the tender, with the proviso that for horizontal markings the guarantee period is 12 months. 7. The contract will be carried out in accordance with Polish law, in particular the Construction Law Act of 7 July 1994 (i.e. OJ of Laws 2026, item 524 as amended); the Civil Code of 23 April 1964 (i.e. OJ of Laws 2026, item 795) and the Public Procurement Law Act of 11 September 2019 (i.e. OJ of Laws 2026, item 793 as amended).
