What the buyer is looking for
The subject of the contract is to ensure readiness and undertake interventions in the field of removal of electrical system failures, maintenance and ongoing repairs in the electrical industry in municipal buildings and PGM buildings. Settlement of services will take place on a monthly basis and will include separately: 1) Preparedness, 2) Remediation of reported failures after complete completion and positive acceptance of works commissioned and carried out in a given month - if they occur. The description and scope of the works can be found in the bills of quantities constituting Annex 9 to the tender specifications and the description of the subject-matter of the contract (Annex 11 to the tender specifications). … unit prices of the most frequently performed maintenance and repair works and to calculate the price of the offer and compare the submitted offers. The actual quantities of works during the contract implementation period are larger than those presented in the pre-measurement and will be specified in detail in the orders / applications issued by the Technical, Investment and Repair Department of PGM Żyrardów Sp. z o.o. in accordance with the needs for each building separately. The works will be carried out according to individual orders issued in the number and order of actual needs on the building and on the date agreed by the parties in each order. Each robot must be received with a receipt protocol and settled with a cost estimate checked by an employee of the Technical, Investment and Repair Department.
