… subject to mandatory protection and is included in the register of areas, facilities and equipment subject to mandatory protection kept by the Governor of Mazowieckie Province. The contracting authority requires that the protection of the UKE facility covered by the subject of the contract be carried out in accordance with the ‘Plan for the protection of the facility of the Office of Electronic Communications in Borucza’, as well as with the provisions of the Act of 22 August 1997 on the protection of persons and property (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2025, item 532) and the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2019, item 1781). 2.
