… animals (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1580) it is forbidden to hunt homeless animals without providing them with a place in an animal shelter, unless the animal poses a serious risk to humans or other animals. The obligation arising from the above-mentioned provision, which amounts to providing a place in a shelter for homeless animals, does not mean that the catcher himself must act as a shelter; b) Specific requirements and guidelines for the Contractor: are specified in the description of the subject of the contract and in the provisions of the draft contract; c) As required by Article 433 point. 4) the Public Procurement Act indicates that the minimum/guaranteed performance of the subject matter of the contract within the scope of the contract is 70% of the contract, subject to contractual provisions;
