The subject of the contract is the provision of sports and recreation services consisting in providing access to sports and recreation facilities and activities throughout the country, in particular in the city of Białystok and the Podlaskie Voivodeship on the basis of sports cards/carnets/subscriptions (hereinafter referred to as passes) in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. 2. The contractor should ensure the use of sports and recreation facilities: 2.1. located in Poland, providing access to their services. The Contractor must provide sports and recreation facilities: - in Podlaskie Province - a minimum of 50 , facilities - in the city of Białystok - a minimum of 20 facilities, honoring these passes without additional payments, 2.2. without a time limit, unless such limits are imposed by the facilities, provided that the duration of a one-time stay in the facility can not be…

… less than 45 minutes, 2.3. in the full range of opening hours of the facilities. 2.4. offering the opportunity to participate in sports and recreation activities of a diverse nature, including at least 10 types of , activities, e.g.: swimming pool, gym, ice rink, sauna, salt cave, climbing wall, aqua aerobics classes, fitness, dance, yoga, martial arts, tennis courts. 3. The Contractor shall provide staff and family members with passes which, depending on the type, shall ensure that any number of facilities offered or forms of sporting and recreational activity can be used within one day: - no entry limit per month - in the case of an unlimited carnet, - 8 entries per month - in the case of a limited carnet, a detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 7 to the ToR.
