Description of the subject of the contract The subject of the contract includes: Stage I – complete design and cost documentation and handling of proceedings for construction works; Stage II – author’s supervision; and Right of option – The contracting authority provides for the possibility of exercising the right of option pursuant to Article 441(1)(b) CTMR. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, covering the execution of additional design and cost studies regarding the existing foundations of the building of the Nieporęt Commune Office, to the extent specified in the Description of the Subject of the Contract and the draft provisions of the contract. The option right may be activated in whole or in part, according to the needs of the Ordering Party, under the conditions specified in the draft provisions of the contract.
