The services covered by the contract will be provided in the scope of: Part II - vehicles carrying dangerous goods The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes, in the case of vehicles carrying dangerous goods: vehicle disposal services and their storage in a guarded car park in accordance with Article 130a of the Prd Act and the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 22 June 2011 on the disposal of vehicles whose use may endanger road safety or traffic order or hinder the conduct of rescue operations (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2285 as amended).
