Delivery Hours: 12:00 – 13:30. 6. Detailed requirements for the conditions of performance of the contract can be found in the tender specifications and the description of the subject of the contract for Lot 1. 2. 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of lunches to the Environmental Self-Help House "Pod Skrzydłami" (two locations). 2. Expected date of completion of the contract – from 4 January 2027 to 17 December 2027, 5 days a week from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The date of commencement of the contract may change and depends on the date of completion of the public procurement procedure. 4. Total maximum number of lunches during the contract period (240 food days) - up to 4 200 lunches. 5. Due to the state of health and variable attendance of the wards, the Ordering Party will order from 9 to 28 dinners per day. The final total remuneration for lunches spent throughout the duration of the contract will be based on the actual number of lunches spent and will not be lower than for a total of 2160 lunches. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim against the Ordering Party for failure to complete the full amount of the subject of the contract. 6. The delivery address may be changed to another one located in the Ochota district. The Ordering Party shall inform the Contractor about the change of the delivery address one month in advance 7. Detailed requirements concerning the conditions of performance of the contract can be found in the tender specifications and the description of the subject of the contract for Lot 2. 3. 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of lunches to the Environmental Self-Help House type BD. 2. Delivery address: ul. Korotyńskiego 13, 02-121 Warsaw. 3. Expected date of completion of the contract – from 4 January 2027 to 17 December 2027, 5 days a week from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The date of commencement of the contract may change and depends on the date of completion of the public procurement procedure. 4. Total maximum number of lunches during the contract period (234 food days) - up to 6 740 lunches. 5. Due to the state of health and variable attendance of the wards, the Ordering Party will order from 15 to 40 dinners a day. The final total remuneration for lunches spent throughout the duration of the contract will be based on the actual number of lunches spent and will not be lower than for a total of 3 510 lunches. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim against the Ordering Party for failure to complete the full amount of the subject of the contract. 6.
