Stage III includes the care of plantings for 36 months from the date of completion of plantings confirmed by the Ordering Party, in particular watering, care of bowls, manual weeding, mulching, control and adjustment of trellising and binding, sanitary and corrective cuttings, trunk protection, documentation of treatments and replacement plantings. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the location of plantings and tree species to equivalent species, on the terms specified in the procurement documents. 4. The detailed scope and implementation requirements are specified in the Terms of Reference, the draft provisions of the contract, the CIP, the table of billing elements and the model warranty card. The Contractor shall provide staff, plant material, equipment, tools, transport, water and other necessary resources, shall be responsible for the organisation and safety of work, the preservation of plant material, order and the removal of contamination and waste. 5. The contract constitutes a single functionally, technically and organisationally integrated supply. The Ordering Party shall not accept partial tenders. 6. The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor or a subcontractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, persons performing physical work related to the performance of the contract, in particular site preparation, tree planting, watering, care, weeding, mulching, trellising, securing and landscaping, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22(1) of the Labour Code. Detailed rules for documenting and controlling employment and sanctions are set out in the draft provisions of the agreement.
