Supply of light fuel oil during the 2026/2027 heating season

The given quantities of heating oil are estimated, they can be reduced to 50% of the order. The Contractor shall have no right of action in this respect. 5. The remaining part of the order will be ordered by the Ordering Party depending on its needs, without the need to change the contract concluded with the Contractor whose offer will be selected in this procedure. 6. The contractor will deliver the oil by special transport equipped with legalized equipment for measuring drained oil. 7. Together with the delivery, the Contractor is obliged to submit a document confirming the origin and quality of the delivered heating oil. 8. Deliveries will be made on working days (without Saturdays) from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., within 48 hours of receiving a notification by e-mail or telephone about the delivery, from an authorized employee of the Ordering Party. 9. The names of materials or any other products or products used in the documents describing the subject of the contract serve to determine the desired standard of performance and determine the characteristics and technical and usage requirements. The Contractor who invokes equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the solution offered by him meets the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority. In this case, the Contractor shall attach to the tender a list of equivalent solutions together with its description or standards. 10. In the price offered, the Contractor must include all costs and components related to the performance of the contract, inter alia: transport, loading, unloading and insurance costs, excise duties, any taxes. The subject of the order will be transported by the Contractor. The customer will not incur any additional costs related to the delivery. 11. The contractor will ensure the transport of heating oil by means of transport adapted for this purpose, i.e. by road tanker equipped with a legalised flow meter. The oil will be transported at the Contractor's expense and risk. The transport of fuel should comply with the relevant fire safety, traffic and environmental regulations. 12. The Contracting Authority informs that it has fulfilled its obligations as a purchaser of heating fuels under Art. Article 5(1), (3) and (4) of the Excise Duty Act of 6 December 2008 (consolidated text: of Laws 2026, item 412 as amended).
