… quantitative changes in individual categories of road safety devices while maintaining unit prices and limit their quantity in relation to contractual quantities depending on current needs. 2. If the description of the subject-matter of the contract indicates trademarks, patents or origin, source or a specific process that characterizes the product or services provided by a specific contractor, the Ordering Party shall accept equivalent solutions. 3. Where, in the description of the subject-matter of the contract, reference is made to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the contracting authority shall accept solutions equivalent to those described.
