… Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 502 as amended). 5. As a guarantee, the Ordering Party acknowledges: warranty granted by the manufacturer of the vehicle / authorized by the manufacturer Seller, implemented in services authorized by the manufacturer of the vehicle. 7. Place of delivery of the subject of the contract: The place of delivery and at the same time the place of collection by the Ordering Party is the Poviat Cape Support Centre in Łuków (after prior arrangement and registration of the vehicle by the Ordering Party). 10. In all provisions of the ToR and its annexes, in which the Contracting Authority, due to the inability to describe the subject of the contract in a sufficiently precise and intelligible way, refers to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications or technical reference systems, or indicates trademarks, patents, sources of origin or specific processes that characterize products or services provided by a specific contractor, the Contracting Authority accepts solutions equivalent to those described. If the description of the subject of the contract gives the names of products of specific manufacturers, this should be considered only as a statement of the desired standard and quality. In all such situations, the Contractor may offer equivalent materials, products with at least the same technical and quality characteristics. Product equivalence means the offering of a product whose technical characteristics of the materials used, performance, durability and quality are not inferior to those of the products described in the ToR.
