Scope of work: completion of finishing and installation works in an existing building made in a raw closed state, including: • installation of internal installations (sanitary, electrical, teletechnical, HVAC), • plastering, screeds, wall and floor cladding, • painting works and installation of internal door joinery, • facade and insulation of the building, • management of the adjacent area, including: construction of paved surfaces (pavements, parking spaces), installation of fences, leveling the terrain, • obtaining the necessary receptions and decisions allowing the use of the facility, 2. The detailed scope of the construction works covering the execution of the subject of the contract is presented in the bill of quantities which is Annex 6 to the tender specifications and the design documentation - Annex 7 to the tender specifications.
