The municipal waste collection and management service will be carried out in accordance with: a) Applicable law, in particular: - the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws 2021, item 888), - the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws 2021, item 779, as amended), - the Environmental Protection Act of 27 April 2001 (Journal of Laws 2020, item 1219, as amended), (b) the Rules for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Bolesław Commune in force during the term of the contract and each Resolution of the Bolesław Commune Council regarding the waste management system c) the current Provincial Waste Management Plan 3. General characteristics of the Commune of Bolesław a) The area of the Commune of Bolesław is 35.7 km2. b) The number of inhabitants according to the number of people reported according to the declaration on the amount of the waste management fee on 30.06.2026 was 1648 people. c) The estimated number of properties according to the submitted declarations on the amount of the waste management fee is 673, from which municipal waste will be collected: . The quantity/weight of individual types of waste collected from the municipality of Bolesław on the basis of the reports submitted for 2025 amounted to: 15 01 01 Paper and paperboard packaging - 31,34 Mg 15 01 02 Plastic packaging - 2,50 Mg 15 01 07 Glass packaging - 25,64 Mg 16 01 03 Used tyres - 11,00 Mg 20 01 35* Used electrical and electronic equipment other than those mentioned in 20 01 21 and 20 01 23 containing hazardous components5) 1,68 Mg 20 01 36 Used electrical and electronic equipment other than those mentioned in 20 01 21, 20 01 23 and 20 01 35 - 5,9 Mg 20 03 01 Unsorted (mixed) municipal waste - 303,23 Mg 20 03 07 Large waste - 27,58 Mg Total waste: 408,87 Note: The quantity produced and received from the Bolesław Commune is not dependent on the Ordering Party. The above amounts of waste should be treated as indicative and the Contractor is not entitled to additional remuneration or compensation for achieving other amounts. The estimated amount of waste to be collected for 2027 is 450 Mg.
