Provision of guarded car park services for removed vehicles pursuant to Articles 50a and 130a of the Road Traffic Act, excluding vehicles carrying dangerous goods

… in the tender form in point 4 of Annex 3 to the ToR )*, * in the event of a change in the location of the car park. 2) in the case referred to in point 1) to have the right to perform the service in question, to dispose of transport means and to have third party liability insurance in respect of business activities carried out during transport, in particular for loss of or damage to vehicles. 3) 24-hour reception of vehicles towed in accordance with Articles 50a and 130a of the Road Traffic Law and protection of vehicles against secondary damage (distortion), as well as non-admission of third parties to secured vehicles with the exception of enabling the necessary visual inspection by an authorized car expert, 4) issuing and handing over the vehicle to authorized entities, 5) keeping records of vehicles accepted into parking lots, 6) providing accompanying services at the request of the Ordering Party, consisting in making emergency opening of vehicles. 7) to have a parking lot meeting the conditions as below: a) the car park must be located in the city of Jaworzna or at a maximum distance of 10 km from the administrative boundaries of the city of Jaworzna by moving on a public road, In the event that the distance from the administrative boundaries of the city of Jaworzna and the car park indicated in the offer will be above 10 km by moving on a public road, the Ordering Party will reject the offer, in accordance with Art. 1 point 5) of the Public Procurement Act. In the event that the contractor does not specify or incorrectly determines the distance between the seat of the Ordering Party and the parking lot(s) indicated in the offer, the Ordering Party will enter the correct distance, which will be determined according to Google Maps, Poland. In the event that the Contractor does not indicate the address of the car park where the services will be provided, the Ordering Party will reject the offer as inconsistent with the contents of the tender specification. b) the car park should have separated parking spaces in the number of at least 48, including: 45 stations for vehicles with a permissible laden mass up to 3.5 tonnes, 1 station for a vehicle with a permissible laden mass exceeding 3.5 tonnes and not exceeding 7 tonnes, 1 station for a vehicle with a permissible laden mass exceeding 7 tonnes and not exceeding 16 tonnes, 1 station for a vehicle with a permissible laden mass exceeding 16 tonnes. (c) the car park is to be guarded around the clock by at least one person in order to protect vehicles and their parts and loads against access by outsiders, (c) the car park area is to be illuminated in a way that ensures visibility throughout the car park, the car park fence should be durable, concrete or metal with a height of at least 1.60 m with a closed entrance gate, with an improved hard surface (e.g.: asphalt, clinker, paved, stone-concrete slabs), d) the car park should have telephone (24-hour) communication, e) entry to the car park should take place directly from the public dual carriageway without restrictions on the weight of vehicles. f) during the winter, entry to the car park should be snow-cleared and protected against icing. g)
