… If the facility designates such a day, the contractor will be obliged to provide delivery and removal of children on the terms specified for the remaining days of the service. The transport should be carried out by vehicles that are adapted to transport disabled children. Detailed dates of transport of students to and from schools will be determined by the Ordering Party in consultation with the Contractor. During the daily transport of children from the place of residence to the centre and back to the place of residence, the Contractor is obliged to provide himself with two guardians in order to take care of the children during transport, i.e.: 1 guardian must have education or qualifications in the medical profession, 2 guardian, i.e. an adult with training in first medical or pre-medical assistance. The Ordering Party does not allow combining the functions of a driver and a carer. The contracting authority requires that one guardian appointed to perform the contract has education or qualifications in the medical profession, in particular the qualifications of a nurse, paramedic, medical guardian or other medical profession, whose scope of qualifications corresponds to the needs of students covered by the shipment. The requirement referred to above arises from the need to ensure an increased level of safety of children during transport, in particular due to the possibility of a sudden deterioration in the student's health during transport, the need to provide first aid, the occurrence of a situation requiring immediate care activities. When defining the qualification requirements for persons assigned to perform the contract, the contracting authority is guided by the specific nature of the subject matter of the contract, the aim of which is to ensure the safe transport of children and young people with disabilities. Therefore, the contracting authority considers it justified to provide persons assigned to perform the contract with a person qualified in the medical profession, in order to increase the level of safety of the students transported and ensure proper preparation for responding to situations related to the students' state of health. This requirement remains linked to the subject matter of the contract and aims to ensure its performance at an appropriate level of quality, taking into account the specific needs of persons with disabilities. Course of the route: Medynia Kańczucka - Łopuszka Wielka - Kańczuga- Łopuszka Mała- Żuklin - Jarosław and return The estimated number of kilometres on the above-mentioned route is: 100 km/one course and refers to ‘full journeys’, i.e. journeys with children (the length of the route does not include access from the base to the place of departure or departure and without going down to the place of rest after the transport has ended). The contracting authority provides for an estimated 215 courses during the contract implementation period - part 1. One course should be understood as the transport of students with disabilities on the house-centre-house section on a given day. 2. Lot 2 - The subject of the contract is a transport service consisting of transport with a keeper during the
