The Contractor is obliged to deliver the above equipment to the places indicated by the Ordering Party. 4. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of ICT equipment to 2 educational institutions of the Municipality of Rajcza: PART II – BASIC SCHOOL IN ARDON – WARDON 2B. (a) The subject of the contract for the above lot is the supply of a new, brand new, colour multifunction device, combining in one device the functions of printing, copying, scanning and faxing. The device is designed for office work, handling documents in standard A4 format, with performance parameters adapted to the needs of a medium workstation. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is contained in Annex 1B – OPZ – Zwardoń – Multimedia device – Part II (b) The subject-matter of the contract for the above part is the purchase and supply of modern, interactive, multimedia educational software intended to support the teaching of mathematics in grades 4 to 8 of primary school. The program must enable classes to be conducted using a whiteboard or interactive monitor, as well as individual work of students at school and at home. The substantive content must be in accordance with the applicable programming basis. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1C – OPZ – Zwardoń – Multimedia programme – Part II 3. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the above equipment to the places indicated by the Ordering Party. 4. The Contractor shall also be required to train the teaching staff in the use of the equipment supplied.
