1. The subject of the contract is the sale and supply of electricity to the Theatre’s energy consumption points (PPE), indicated in Annex 2 to the ToR, in a total estimated amount of 440 000 kWh, in the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028. 2. The amount of 440 000 kWh is estimated. The contracting authority guarantees receipt of at least 85% of the estimated quantity, i.e. 374 000 kWh. The maximum scope of the contract is 115% of the estimated quantity, i.e. 506 000 kWh. The settlement will take place for the amount of energy actually consumed, according to the DSO's measurement data and the unit price of the offer. 3. The contracting authority has a comprehensive contract so far. The procedure for changing the seller will be carried out for the first time. The Contractor, on the basis of the power of attorney granted, will perform in a timely manner and without additional remuneration all the activities necessary to start the sale from 1 January 2027, in particular: notify the contract to the relevant DSO/through CSIRE, carry out the process of changing the seller, represent the Ordering Party before the DSO, and, if necessary, terminate the existing comprehensive contract and conclude on behalf of the Ordering Party a contract for the provision of distribution services for an indefinite period.
