… inconsistent with the order placed (the item is defective), the Contractor shall be obliged within 2 hours from the notification by the Ordering Party (in writing or by e-mail or by phone or in person on the basis of a written protocol) to deliver the relevant item(s), i.e. free from defects. Size/Scope: The subject matter of the contract includes the sale together with the delivery of animal products, meat and meat products, sausages included in the 24 assortment items specified in Annex 1 to the tender specification – Description of the subject matter of the contract. 2. The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract shall be as follows: 2.1 Description of the subject of the Order (OPZ); 2.2. the draft provisions of the public procurement contract and its annex - which are annexed to these specifications (available in separate files).
