Purchase and supply of liquid fuels, i.e. diesel fuel to a tank located in a sewage treatment plant in Nowa Wieś

… subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 5 to this ToR. 1.The subject of the order is: ‘Purchase and supply of liquid fuels, i.e. diesel fuel, to a tank located in a sewage treatment plant in Nowa Wieś. 2. The scope of the contract includes the purchase and successive delivery of diesel fuel in the amount of 40,000 liters to a tank located on the site of a sewage treatment plant in Nowa Wieś. The indicated quantity is the expected demand of the Ordering Party during the contract implementation period, estimated on the basis of the demand from the previous year. The Ordering Party reserves the right to purchase a smaller amount of fuel and for this reason the Contractor is not entitled to any additional claims against the Ordering Party. 3.The customer has a diesel fuel container with a capacity of 2,500 liters. 4.The Contractor is obliged to supply fuel with quality and parameters (composition) compliant with the provisions of law, in particular corresponding to the Polish Standard PN-EN 590, Diesel oil should meet the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680, as amended) 5. At the request of the Ordering Party, for each delivery of fuel which is the subject of the order, the Contractor shall provide a document regarding the quality of a given batch of fuel, in particular a quality certificate in the original or a confirmed copy, a consignment note issued by the warehouse (tax warehouse) containing the date and time of loading, the registration number of the tanker supplying the fuel, the name of the driver loading the tanker. Deliveries will take place on the basis of the current needs of the Ordering Party no more than 2-3 times a month. Diesel oil will be used only for the Ordering Party's own purposes. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to carry out deliveries by a tanker equipped with a pump or distributor, meeting all the requirements of applicable law, in particular the Act of 11 May 2001 on Measures (i.e. Journal of Laws 2020, item 2063, as amended) and implementing acts to the Act in the field of road tankers (vehicles for the transport of liquid fuels). The vehicle to which fuel supplies will be made should be equipped with legalized measuring devices measuring the amount of fuel discharge to the storage tank. 7. Delivery will be made by the Contractor no later than within 24 hours from the telephone or e-mail notification by the Ordering Party. 8.Receipt of the fuel supplied by the Contractor to the diesel fuel tank will be confirmed each time by persons authorized by the Ordering Party. 9.The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the amount of liters of fuel ordered, i.e. to reduce or increase by 30%. 10.The printout from the fuel manufacturer's website will document the price applicable on the day of fuel delivery. For the calculation of the offer price, the date of publication of the procedure, i.e. 21.10.2026 11. Settlement of the subject of the contract will take place on the basis of the amount of fuel actually delivered and received. 12. The fuel collected will be settled on the basis of invoices issued.
