… Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the order brand new, unused, complete, free from physical and legal defects, unencumbered by third party rights, released for free circulation and use in accordance with applicable law, if such approval is required for a given type of equipment, manufactured not earlier than in 2026. The delivered subject of the contract must meet all the requirements set out in the Terms of Reference, OPZ and the draft provisions of the contract. A detailed list of the sizes of 30 sets of 3-piece specialized clothes will be provided to the Contractor after the conclusion of the contract, before delivery, on the basis of the manufacturer's size table of offered clothes, on the terms set out in the TIP and the draft provisions of the contract.
