What the buyer is looking for
1. The contractor's task will be to prepare meals on the basis of the Ordering Party's existing kitchen and to issue them to DSS residents in accordance with the schedule. Main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) must be served for a minimum of two hours. As part of the offered service and without adding additional fees, the Contractor will also be obliged to: a) prepare a ‘Christmas menu’ during Christmas and Easter in accordance with local culinary traditions, b) prepare refreshments once a month for residents, in connection with a joint birthday party (hot and cold drinks and cake according to the reported number of inhabitants). 2. … and sugar according to the norm), bread, butter, jam or cheese. a) the method of distributing meals will be carried out in a system that ensures the best quality and temperature, b) the contractor will prepare meals in accordance with the recommendations issued by the Institute of Nutrition and Food in Warsaw and standards for nutrients and food products for sick people and residents in health care institutions and social assistance units, c) the contractor will prepare and issue meals while maintaining sanitary and epidemiological requirements in terms of personnel and production conditions and will take responsibility for their compliance, d) meals will be provided on the basis of a written daily demand divided into types of diets; the demand will be submitted by an authorised representative of the contracting authority and delivered to the contractor by 1 p.m. 14:00 for dinner and breakfast and lunch the following day, e) all-day nutrition for patients will be based on: - a decade-long diet agreed between the Ordering Party and the Contractor, - a diet agreed between the Ordering Party and the Contractor, with the proviso that individual diets will be performed on the instructions of a doctor, - meals will be performed and served under the supervision of the Contractor's dietician, - it is determined only one day a week when meat-free dishes will be served, with fish dishes treated as equivalent to meat dishes.
