The minimum number of vehicles to perform the order is 1, a vehicle adapted to carry a minimum of 19 people. 9. The person, i.e. the driver performing the order, must have appropriate rights to perform the service and cannot be at the same time a guardian during the transport. 10. The Ordering Party requires 1 driver to perform the order. 11. In the event of a failure of the means of transport, the Contractor shall introduce a replacement means of transport meeting the conditions set out in the description of the subject of the contract and shall be substituted, within a time compatible with the time presented by the Contractor in the tender. 12. As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to determine, before the beginning of the calendar year, the optimal timetable in such a way as to ensure that students have the shortest possible travel time and arrive at educational institutions before the start of classes resulting from the plans of a given institution and collect each student after the end of classes. 13. The students will be picked up directly from their place of residence before the classes. The organisation of the return home of students must take into account the end of classes by all delivered children of the institution. Transport services do not include journeys and technical journeys. 14. The attached route schedule may be modified during the implementation of the service, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party. 15. The contractor bears full responsibility for the safety of the pupils transported and must have insurance against civil liability of the carrier in respect of the services provided, in particular in full liability, insurance against passengers. 16. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the delivery schedule during the performance of the contract, after informing the Contractor in advance, including resignation from selected courses, which cannot be the basis for any claims by the Contractor. 2. 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of organization and implementation of transport of students with disabilities to educational institutions in Szczytno and their transport to their places of residence. 2. The service will be performed by the Contractor's rolling stock and will take place on school days, specified in the calendar of the school year 2027, five times a week, from Monday to Friday, in vehicles that are adapted to transport students with disabilities. 3. School time from 8:00 to 16:10. 4. The pick-up service should be provided to 29 pupils. 5. The number of kilometers to be completed in one day is 183, in accordance with the route schedule according to the schedule constituting Annex 2 to the Draft Provisions of the Agreement. 6. School days are 184 days. 7. The delivery service must be carried out by means of transport adapted to the transport of students with disabilities, meeting all safety and K requirements.
