The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the protection of persons and property in the premises of the District Court in Chorzów, in accordance with the provisions of the Instructions for the protection of the premises of the District Court in Chorzów - Annex 1 to the ToR. Detailed conditions for the performance of the contract are also described in the draft contract, which constitutes Annex 6 to the tender specifications. Both documents are an integral part of this EWS. The property is not subject to mandatory protection. All information provided in this Terms of Reference is for the sole purpose of preparing the offer. In the present proceedings, the contracting authority did not provide for the provision of maintenance and maintenance services for alarm systems in the Court’s buildings (with the exception of the building at ul. City Hall 3).
