At the same time, when withdrawing or suspending proceedings without the consent of the Contracting Authority, the date of resubmission of the application(s) to the District Office shall be considered as submission of the application. 4) Stage IV: a) execution of the technical project, b) preparation of other documents of this scope of the contract, c) obtaining for the Ordering Party the right to carry out construction works for all parts/stages of the investment.
