A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the ToR - Description of the subject-matter of the contract. 3. In particular, the Contractor shall: 1) execution of plantings with maintaining the vitality of trees for 3 years from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol. In the event of the death of one of the planted trees, the Contractor is obliged to plant a new tree in its place, with a diameter corresponding to the dead tree. In this way, the growth of the plant in relation to other planted trees will be maintained; 2) performance of the subject of the contract professionally, with due diligence, in accordance with the guidelines of the Ordering Party, the principles and requirements of modern technical knowledge and applicable…

… standards and legal regulations; 3) ensure that the trees used are healthy and free from defects. Filling the trees after settling them in pits will make suitable, fertile material; 4) securing the work area and ensuring safety conditions; 5) notification of difficulties resulting from the work. The Contractor shall be fully responsible for the security of his property, his safety and that of his staff and shall be liable for any personal and/or material damage caused to third parties during the performance of the work; 6) ordering the area, consisting in restoring the areas on which the Contractor carried out works, to the state before their performance; 7) provide the necessary equipment, materials and means for the proper performance of the subject of the contract. The costs of securing the planting area, transport and securing the materials necessary to perform the subject of the contract are not subject to separate payment and should be included in the price; 8) preparing an as-built map of plantings after planting.
