A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in the annexes to the tender specifications: 1) Design documentation – Annex 5 to the ToR, 2) Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works – Annex 6 to the ToR. The contracting authority points out that the design documentation prepared covers the implementation of the entire investment project, while the subject of the present proceedings is only part of the works provided for in that documentation.
