… basis of a full-time employment contract, persons performing the activities indicated by the Contracting Authority in the scope of performance of the contract, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22(1) of the Labour Code of 26 June 1974. Type of activities related to the performance of the contract, which are subject to employment requirements on the basis of an employment relationship by the Contractor or a subcontractor during the performance of the contract: a) activities related to the delivery of correspondence to the seat of the Ordering Party b) supervision and coordination over the contract 4. The requirements for employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing activities in the field of contract performance are set out in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (Annex 6 to the ToR).
