Providing nursing services to residents of the Social Welfare Home in Bielawa

… Bielawa at ul. S. Żeromskiego 2 - from 06:00 to 18:00, 2) in the building in Niemcza, ul. Kolejowa 14/16, from 1 p.m. 07:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. 19:00. 3. The Ordering Party informs that the services will be provided to 125 DPS residents (in both buildings together; in the building in Niemcza it is 76 people and in the building in Bielawa 49 people). The number of people in these buildings may change, but in total it should not exceed 130 people. 4. Persons entitled to contact will be indicated by the Ordering Party and the Contractor in the contract. 5. The Contractor will be obliged to submit an up-to-date list of persons performing the contract for the Ordering Party at any request during the term of the contract. 6. The Ordering Party stipulates that the value of the costs accepted to determine the price of the offer may not be lower than the values determined on the basis of the provisions of the Act of 10 October 2002 on minimum wages for work (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 1773) and the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 14 September 2026 on the amount of the minimum wage for work and the amount of the minimum hourly rate in 2026 (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws, item 1213). 7. Persons performing care services perform these services to the best of their knowledge, with due diligence, in accordance with applicable law. 8. The duties of the nurse include, in particular: 1) participation in the admission of new residents to the DPS, in accordance with the procedures in force at the Ordering Party - including: checking the state of personal cleanliness of the resident, measuring vital signs (e.g. temperature, blood pressure), establishing documentation of medical history, individual medical order cards, observation cards, 2) providing immediate pre-medical first aid and providing direct care for residents (including notifying the doctor or emergency service, and then notifying the head of the therapeutic and care team about the need for pre-medical assistance and e.g. transferring the resident to a hospital ward), 3) constant monitoring of the state of health of residents - including patients with chronic diseases, 4) securing against the formation of bedsores, vaporizations (including by changing the position of residents lying), 5) helping with milking and feeding residents lying, 6) helping with physiological needs (including changing diapers), 7) making decisions on the use of direct coerclusion in situations allowed by law and supervising the implementation of this coercion and informing the doctor and properly documenting, 8) checking the state of health and cleanliness and head of residents returning from the pass. 9) implementing medical recommendations and recording them in the books of nursing procedures, a) participating in medical visits, b) breaking down into trays and administering oral medicines to residents and supervising their reception, c) performing injections, infusions and other ordered treatments (disinfectants, contractor's equipment), d) performing measurements of temperature, heart rate, blood pressure, blood sugar level (glucometer
