… contract, 2) Annex 9 to the tender specifications – Draft provisions of the contract (PPU). 3. The above-mentioned documents are to be regarded as complementary. 4. The subject-matter of the contract is divided into four stages: 1) Stage I – production of an up-to-date map for design purposes with an official clause, completion of a complete geotechnical opinion and tests and traffic forecasts, 2) Stage II – development of the design concept, estimation of investment costs for each option, obtaining a positive opinion from the road manager, 3) Stage III – development of the construction design/design documentation, obtaining final decisions; building permit, road development permit (ZRID), preparation of technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works (hereinafter: STWiORB), the investor's cost estimate of the bill of quantities, 4) Stage IV – effective notification and obtaining a certificate of no objection to the notification of construction works not requiring a building permit, a final decision on the building permit and/or obtaining a final decision of the ZRID together with the stabilization of the border signs of the new road lane.
