Implementation, in accordance with the decision of the Starosty Słupecki, sign: SR.6150.3.2024 of 6 May 2024 on the reduction culling of animals such as: deer, roe deer, fallow deer, wild boar, fox in the 2026/2027, 2027/2028 hunting season and by decision of the Starosta Słupecki, ref.: SR.6150.20.2024 of 31.12.2024 on the trapping with killing of the greyfish hare (Lepus europeus) in the 2026/2027, 2027/2028 2 hunting season. Where a total reduction in the wild mammal population has been achieved, the authorisation should maintain the population of those animals in a zero state. The purpose of providing this service is to reduce the risks associated with the risk of collision of aircraft with birds and other animals at the Powidz military airport and the possible occurrence of aviation events in these circumstances, taking into account the provisions of the Aviation Law Act of 3 July 2002 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2002, No. Journal of Laws 2025, item 1431), the Animal Protection Act of 21 August 1997 (consolidated text: Dz. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1580), Act of 13 October 1995. - Hunting law (T.U. Journal of Laws 2025, item 539), as well as the guidelines contained in the environmental reconnaissance of the 33rd Transport Aviation Base in Powidz, constituting an annex to DG RSZ’s letter No 43330/DG/2/19 of 22 July 2019, the environmental reconnaissance of the 33rd Transport Aviation Base in Powidz, constituting an annex to letter No 18713/21 of 5 November 2021, decision of the Governor of Słupecki, ref.: SR.6150.3.2024 of 6 May 2024 on consent to carry out a reduction culling of wild game living on the premises of the military airport in Powidz and the decision of the Starosty Słupecki, ref.: SR.6150.20.2024 of 31.12.2024 on consent to the killing of shark hare in Powidz military airport. 3. The area of the airport is treated as a special facility and, pursuant to Article 26 of the Hunting Act, is not part of the hunting district.
