Thursdays 3, 86-300 Grudziądz, ►When applying for the contract, the contractor should:  have the necessary expertise to perform maintenance and repairs  have / have the technical capacity, repair workshop, instrumentation and equipment to perform the service efficiently and professionally;  has personnel performing repairs and maintenance of equipment, devices covered by the subject-matter of the contract, who have been trained in the given field and have practical experience of at least 2 years in the subject-matter of the contract (repair, service of catering and refrigeration equipment in the given task, respectively, for which the Contractor submits a tender); Task 1: material requirements necessary for the provision of the service in the field of:  entitlements required by the Act of 20 May 2021 amending the Energy Law Act and certain other acts and by the Regulation of the Minister for Climate and the Environment of 1 July 2022 (Journal of Laws 2022, item 1392) – persons performing the scope of activities covered by the contract concluded (supervision and operation work) should hold a SEP ‘D’ and ‘E’ qualification certificate in accordance with the Act as above, including:  in Group 1 - Electricity equipment, installations and networks generating, processing, transmitting and consuming electricity in the scope of: point 2) - equipment, installations and power grids with a voltage not higher than 1 kV;  in Group 3 - Gas equipment, installations and networks producing, processing, transmitting, storing and consuming gaseous fuels: point 6) - gas equipment and installations with a pressure of not more than 5 kPa,  dispose of personnel performing activities covered by the subject of the contract, who have an F-gas certificate in the field of repair, maintenance or servicing, installation, leakage control, recovery and liquidation of refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump equipment containing fluorinated greenhouse gases, issued by the Office of Technical Inspection, in accordance with Article 20 of the Act of 15 May 2015 on substances that deplete the ozone layer and on certain fluorinated greenhouse gases (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 926, as amended). Journal of Laws 2020, item 2065),  certificate or other equivalent document confirming the entitlement, training for servicing food slicers, vegetable choppers, meat grinding machines - WILK issued by the MA-GA manufacturer, which directly and explicitly shows that the Contractor (service provider) is their authorized service and has all the rights to diagnostics and maintenance of their devices. 2. ►The subject of the order is to perform maintenance inspections of specialized equipment (convection-steam furnaces and industrial dishwashers) in accordance with the requirements in quantities and under the terms of providing the item
