(a) The Contracting Authority also informs that the tender specifications, the tender specifications and the draft contract are an integral part of the procedure. Therefore, when valuing and submitting the tender in the present procedure, the Contractor must take into account all the requirements set out in those documents. (b) It should be noted that the weight value of the individual waste fractions presented in the tender specifications and the tender form is an estimated value, calculated as the average amount of waste collected in the Chlewiska Commune over the last year. (c) When submitting the tender, the Contractor must take into account that it can collect more waste than estimated, as well as less, and therefore any claim for a reduction in remuneration due to the receipt of less waste will be unfounded. This also applies to the reduction in the amount of waste due to the deposit system for returning bottles introduced in Poland from 2025. d) After selecting the tender, the contracting authority will provide information on properties with difficult access. e) The contractor will carry out the order using a minimum of two trucks collecting waste, one of which will meet the EURO 5 emission standard, and the other car collecting waste will meet the EURO 6 emission standard. f) The contractor is obliged on each day of waste collection to weigh the car before entering the area and weigh the car after completing the collection of waste from the area on the scale indicated by the contracting authority, in the presence of a representative of the contracting authority. Czachowskiego 73 g) installation where waste can go: 1.Waste collected from property owners from the Chlewiska Commune, the Contractor will be obliged to manage in accordance with the currently applicable law; In the case of waste fractions separately collected as part of waste management, the Contractor will be obliged to transfer them to a disposal recovery facility, in accordance with the waste hierarchy referred to in Articles 17 and 18 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012. 3.The contractor is obliged to submit information along with the offer to which facility it will transfer unsorted (mixed) municipal waste and waste collected in a selective manner; Before signing the contract for waste collection and management, the contractor will present the contracting authority with the contracts with the installations and final recipients to which the waste will be transferred.
