… implementation of the service (repair); accurate replenishment of diagnostics card. REPAIR: repair in accordance with the diagnostics card; performance of repairs enabling further operation (including replacement of worn parts and working elements); checking the correctness and safety of the equipment / device after removing the failure (repair); marking equipment containing controlled substances in accordance with the Act of 15 May 2015 (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1951) ozone-depleting substances and certain fluorinated greenhouse gases and, where not labelled, implementing acts, relating to equipment; making entries in the equipment evidence (allowing further operation or qualification of equipment for end-of-life). Repairs of equipment The Contractor is obliged to perform at the place of use of the equipment/equipment.
