… new equipment and components, disassembly of worn out or malfunctioning components, installation of new equipment, execution of necessary installation works, modernization of control systems, configuration and commissioning of installations and conducting tests, measurements and functional tests. The contracting authority shall provide for the procedure to be cancelled if the public funds which it intended to use to finance the contract in full have not been allocated to it. 1.2. The exact description of the subject-matter of the contract is contained in Annex 1 to the ToR, which is also the Description of the subject-matter of the contract.
